Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At GanzaX Photography, all prints are custom-made on demand through Gelato, our global print-on-demand partner. Because every item is produced specifically for you, please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns

Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed and sent to production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a quality issue.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a print that is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at ganzaxphotography@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or defective item

Upon review, we will either send a free replacement print or issue a full refund — at our discretion based on the situation.

Color Variations

Please note that slight color variations between your screen and the final printed product are normal and are not considered defects. We use professional-grade printing equipment and archival inks, but screen calibrations differ.

Lost Orders

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will arrange a replacement order at no extra cost.

Refund Policy - the basics

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased. 

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
